🌿support groups🌿
The following support groups are woman(x) only spaces.
Each support group runs for a total of 8 weeks, with a required commitment to attend every session until the end. This commitment not only serves as a vow to yourself, but as a vow to your fellow members to see them through too. Each session runs for 90 minutes, and is capped at 10 people to truly allow for each person to have time to be heard, seen and known.
A 15 minute consultation is held prior to the support group start date to go over the confidentiality agreement, group rules, and to build trust & a rapport between myself and you! Should any of the rules discussed and/ or the confidentiality agreement be broken at any point, you will immediately be removed from the group and no refund/credit will be issued.
These groups operate in a cyclical format, with each group & theme running for 2 months and then the next group & theme starting up a month after.
